Additionally, he was a research fellow at the University of Cologne, Germany, under the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) for 12 months and a FNSR Fellow (Swiss National Science Foundation) at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, for 6 months.

Dr. Poór has had a distinguished academic career, currently serving as Professor Emeritus and Head of the Labor Market Research Center at the AGI-Institute of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences since 2022. Between 2022 and 2024, he taught courses such as International Integration and Globalization, and Management Consulting Methods. He was a Professor of Management at Szent István University in Gödöllő, Hungary, from 2011 to 2019, where he taught Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Human Resource Management (IHRM), Managing Professional Organizations, and Human Resource Management.,Additionally, Dr. Poór served as a full-time Professor at J.
