In 2021, she was selected as an Associate Fellow of the International Academy of Physical Sciences, and in 2022, she was appointed as an Executive Council member of the same academy. She received the Best Research Award in 2022 from Manipal University Jaipur for her significant research contributions. In 2023, Dr. Sharma was honored with the MUJ Excellence Award, “Dr. Ramdas M Pai Award,” for professional excellence. Additionally, she was awarded the “Excellence in Leadership Award” by the Institute of Technical and Scientific Research and the Institute of Engineers, Rajasthan State Centre, Jaipur in 2023.
