Ramesh holds a PhD in Biosystems Engineering from Washington State University, WA, USA (2022), where he achieved a perfect CGPA of 4.0/4.0. His doctoral research optimized pneumatic spray delivery systems for modern apple orchards. He completed his M.Tech in Farm Machinery and Power at IIT Kharagpur (2013) with a CGPA of 9.4/10, where he designed a front three-point linkage for high-power tractors. His B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from R.A.U., Pusa, Bihar (2011), was awarded with a University Gold Medal for academic excellence.
ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal (2016āPresent),Ramesh has been instrumental in projects such as:,Developing automated soil nutrient sensing systems.,Designing automatic irrigation systems for rice.,Innovating high-speed seed metering systems.,Evaluating drone spraying systems for wheat and maize.,Mechanizing operations in litchi cultivation.,TAFE, Chennai (2013ā2015)As a member of the Research and Development team, he contributed to the design of Tier-IV exhaust systems for tractors and developed fuel system guidelines adhering to U.S. emission norms.
