Pursuing a PhD in Health Sciences at Western Sydney University with a thesis focused on the sexual and reproductive health and rights of migrant and refugee youth, currently awaiting examination. Holds a Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy (2018) from Torrens University Australia and a Diploma of Community Services (2018) from Alphacrucis University College. Additionally earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (2002) from Enugu State University.

Worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Medicine, Western Sydney University, from January to September 2024, facilitating tutorials in the Medicine in Context discipline. Supported undergraduate students through academic mentorship, developed and reviewed course content and assessments, and fostered an inclusive learning environment. Currently serves as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer with Renovate Health Consortium Pty Ltd, a role held since January 2019, where over 270 participants across various sectors have been trained to enhance mental health literacy and reduce stigma. Also serves as Program Manager (Mental Health) at Anglicare Sydney since September 2019, leading interdisciplinary teams to implement recovery-focused counselling and mental health programs, developing policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
